I saw a Lucas Electric van speeding at extremely fast speeds in the afternoon going west on 94 on 6/20. I saw him in my rear view mirror coming very quickly with no signs of slowing down with heavy traffic. I had to hit my brakes (in the center lane) while he came up behind me, swerved into the right lane and then drove between me and the car about ten feet in front of me in the right lane.
