I used David for my situation and he was so helpfully and very responsive I would highly recommend him to anyone
I am very grateful I found Attorney Lucas! From our first consultation until my child support and divorce were finalized, he remained professional, respectful, and supportive. He is very knowledgeable and provided valuable insight. Attorney Lucas and his team are amazing, and I had a positive experience during every interaction :) Thank you for helping me during a very challenging time of my life!
When my aunt and I first met Attorney Lucas, he took the time to talk to my 95 year old aunt and explain everything and answer all her questions. He and his staff always promptly answered questions and provided paperwork that we needed. He was very organized, kept in contact with us, and made us feel that he wanted to help us in any way he could.
When my brother passed away last year, I hired David K. Lucas and Associates to help me to settle his estate. Being the executrix of his estate, there were many problems that I didn't know how to handle. Mr. Lucas and his team guided me, step by step, through every legal and financial matter that I had to deal with. Without their knowledge and expertise, I never could have gotten through that difficult process. Marianne Miller
Mr. Lucas helped us redo our wills. He took time to explain in detail everything so we understood what to do if something happened to us. He answered all of our questions and was thorough, patient and professional. We highly recommend him. The office staff were also helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
