Mr. Lucas helped us redo our wills. He took time to explain in detail everything so we understood what to do if something happened to us. He answered all of our questions and was thorough, patient and professional. We highly recommend him. The office staff were also helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

David and his team have been there each step of the way. Obviously when lawyers are involved things are tough but they are there to protect your rights and make sure you don’t get taken advantage of. Many attorneys are absolutely a nightmare with communication between them and the clients but with David ,Brittany and Heather who I felt with mostly interacted with always returns emails and calls the same day or next day, even on weekends . I would never trust another organization when it comes to family law.

Attorney Dave Lucas and his staff are great to work with. Serving as an executor for a deceased parent can be a complicated process that comes at a difficult time. It is easy to be unaware of federal or state requirements and make a costly mistake. Dave Lucas took the time to fully explain every step of the process and provide beneficial advice. I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Lucas and Diana Cramer to settle the estate of my late aunt. She did not make things easy on me or Attorney Lucas or Diana. It felt like the estate was a maze and I am quite sure if I had a different attorney, we would still be trying to find our way out of it. WOW! What an EXPERIENCE with this law firm! After spending a lot of money, of course, you would expect or hope, at least, some or even any respectable representation, right? I would think, from the outside, looking in, that these Attorney's were representing my ex-wife, who filed on me.
