Really disappointed with the way they conduct business. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for them to return my calls. They told me they bought the part needed to repair my bathtub but they don’t get back to me to put me down on their schedule. Finally I got an appointment and I left work early and lost those valuable hours of income and again they did not show up and did not call me to let me know they were not coming. I met Lucas Board in Lowe's. I was installing my own water heater and he showed me every single thing that i needed and gave me teflon tape out of his truck. He's a great guy!
