Extremely rude when I called for quote on a simple job. I barely got the question out when the reply was "NO! Thanks. Bye." and abruptly hung up. Weirdly, there's two automotive electrical businesses listed on Google at this address (ACES Autocraft, being the other). I want to support smaller, local, family run tradies / workshops, but I can't abide by this nonsense. If you don't like answering the phone, get the missus to help with the front facing customer service / bookings etc.
