MR Lucas Is fair, nice, understanding , respectful. I cant say the same for the women who answer the phones. They are the most disrespectful voices ever. They hang up, talk back, unprofessional, miserable, make my experiences real bad. I don't know if they talk at home like that? But, they make Mr lucas look bad.
