Lucas helped me out during my initial home hunt and answered many questions. He was responsive and informative. When it came time to purchase the house he beat out the larger lower 48 companies (I would recommend to anyone to shop around, even though with Lucas you might not need to) and best of all was a local. He even accommodated my night shift schedule by being available later than normal hours. Truly great.
It was great working with Lucas! He is very nice, hardworking, and transparent. I always felt informed along the way. He goes the extra mile for his clients—it's noticeable and appreciated. Highly recommend!
