I hired Lucarelli Construction to replace a 20+ year-old 1,400 sq. ft. deck. The work consisted of demolition and removal of the old deck, fencing, and underlying structure and replacing it with Azek composite decking and aluminum fencing. After removal of the old deck and structure, Mike Lucarelli and his crew built a new deck structure and repaired and/or replaced two retaining walls. Contracted Lucarelli Construction to build a 16x20 sunroom and deck extension on to our exiting house. Right from the beginning of the project Mike was very responsive and came out to give us a timely and accurate estimate based on our plans. Mikes price was very fair and reasonable for shell only construction and we hired him immediately, and we could not be happier with the results.
