Had an awesome experience at this Firm. I dealt with Tom Lucarelli, he plays no games! The communication was always there no matter what time I called or whenever I needed something. The advice and guidance as well is unmatched. Also Cristina (paralegal) is the best person you can have handling the needs of your case, she handles everything swiftly and promptly and is also a phone call away! Highly recommend using this firm. A few months ago, I was cycling in NJ, and I was cut off by a vehicle that turned into a driveway, and I was injured. I dislocated my shoulder, broke it in 4 pieces, and underwent emergency surgery to address my injuries. Lawyer Tom Lucarelli and his paralegal Cristina Pica cared and went out of their way to get my medical bills addressed since I had no insurance in place to safeguard against this accident. While riding my bike straight through an intersection, I was struck by a oncoming vehicle that made a left turn without looking. My first call was to Lucarelli & Castaldi who were extremely responsive and helpful. The team took immediate action and was able to quickly recover appropraite damages from the driver's insurance company. L&C's measured and fast response helped ease the shock and trauma of my sitution. I can't recommend them enough.
