Can't say enough kind words about my experience with Lucarelli Auto. John and his staff are honest and above all can be trusted. My son's engine was making a loud hissing sound, he came out to the parking lot to have a look. He popped the hood and found a set of pliers that a previous mechanic in Oakville left sitting on the engine. Shook my hand and said "problem solved, have a nice day". In that 5-mins John earned a customer for life.
I’ve been a customer at Lucarelli Auto Tech for the past 7 years and I’ve remained a customer because of the outstanding and consistent service that my wife and me have received from John and Colin. Service centers and mechanics sometimes get a bad rap for various reasons, including the price of repairs. However, when you find a dependable and honest one, you can’t help but stay with them.
