I went to look up their phone number and saw they’ve got a 3.2 star review which blew my mind… I’ve been to Lucan Imaging probably half a dozen times now and it’s always been phenomenal service. Even when I called the line was busy, I didn’t leave a message because I figured I would call back later, then 15 minutes later I received a phone call saying they noticed they missed a call from me, they booked me in for a couple hours later the same day and when I went in I got the same great experience I always do.
Had a dating scan ultrasound here, great experience from start to end. The front desk lady is one of the loveliest people that I have met. I had requested to be put on a cancellation list and they got me booked on a very short notice. She always calls back if you leave a voicemail. The appointment was on time and the technician was also very good and sweet. The staff are unbelievably amazing here! The woman at the front desk was an absolute angel, so welcoming to everyone walking in the door! I was able to get an appointment within two weeks of calling unlike a lot of other places ( I called 4 in my area before here all could only book mid Jan2025) appreciate having a kind soul at the front desk while going through tough life moments 🫶
Lovely office environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drove an hour to get there and it was totally worth the trip. Fast and efficient!
The customer service at this place is absolutely God awful…I had an appointment for the week before I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances over text. I tried to call them the same day 8x to try and reschedule and they keep sending me to voicemail. I have called 5-6x a day every day to try and reschedule my appointment and still keep getting sent to voicemail and never once have they called me back. Fire the person at your front desk. This is unacceptable.
