Dr Delatore was excellent, including the nurses and the staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. I would recommend this Urgent care to anyone.
Made appointment for urgent care, was treated kindly at front desk. Arrived 15 min early. Asked if I needed help( as was in wheelchair ) said no thanks since my son said he could push me back to 1C. Didn’t wait til appointment time & was taken back to room by nurse. Concerned w/my injury & made sure I was comfortable.Doctor introduced himself & asked appropriate questions re injury. Dr. Delatore had great bedside manner. Professional and courteous. I was in for some stitches toward the end of Sunday hours. No "end of day" lack of care from him and the team working with him. Good job, OSU New Albany Urgent Care Team!
