Picked up a skid steer and parts. No issues
Don't go here if you need repairs on your equipment. Was told it would take two weeks. Backhoe was taken in on August 10th. They did not get it fixed until October 23rd. Took 10 weeks, that is right 70 days, to get the machine fixed. What they said would be a quick fix for 5 cyclinders to get repacked took that amount of time. Service is not ideal. Sad thing is, they are the only Case Construction dealer in the area. Will be looking at JCB, Deere or some other company in the future to provide better service after buying thei... read more
