It’s not that I DON’T like LZECU in and of itself. We have ALWAYS gotten service ABOVE and BEYOND what most would ever expect. I am going to start here to hopefully let the “powers that be” know how I feel about the new formats of statements and even the web page, which I don’t find to be user friendly at all. The last web page was very informative and easy to understand compared to the new one which actually looks incomplete.
