Do not go here . Guys are inexperienced and rude. They left my oil cap and didn’t put it back … 3 days later my truck smoked up and oil spilled everywhere . Will not go back . Save your money . Those guys are trash .
Absolute worst experience. Had an oil change done went home parked for 1/2 hr Noticed a puddle on oil on driveway. Drove back to lubricare showed guy picture Responded like I was stupid and said that it happens. The driveway will absorb the oil because it’s asphalt he says Broken gasket it was then they added over another litre of oil. I was only gone an hour. Didn’t appreciate the arrogant attitude and now I have to look at this huge stain in my driveway where my kids play hockey basketball and whatever else. Im a small bus... read more
Lubricare is the only place I will go to get my oil changes. The employees are extremely polite, they explain what they are doing well and recommend suggested services without feeling pressured. They treat my Range Rover with the utmost care. Recently I tried to get an oil change without realizing I was there earlier than required, they politely suggested I wait a little longer, gave me an updated sticker, and sent me on my way.
