Dr Kaissi is very very caring and listens to all your concerns. She is knowledgeable about my medical situations and gives good advice on prevention and follow up care. Her staff assistant Lollie is a pleasure to talk to. She encourages the patients to contact her for whatever you need or if you have any after appt questions. Very energetic and caring as well.
I am generally a very conservative person when it comes to giving extreme ratings or reviews. However, I do not hesitate to say that Dr. Lubna Kaissi is the best Primary Care Physician (PCP) I have ever had.
