DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Bought a couch on April 26 and was told it would delivered by the end of the week. They called and said that delivery was delayed and that we would get the couch on May 12. May 13: still no call, so I called them. They said it was delayed again, and it should be arriving in the next couple of days. May 14th we were told the couch was ready to be delivered. Delivery guys came and IT WAS THE WRONG COUCH. The whole “find something about them to compliment” thing is tired, and the jokes are cringey. The salesperson literally asked me if my family and partner would give me money because my offer was lower than he wanted. The assumptions and banter were so unprofessional and repulsive. With all of the shady behavior called out in recent reviews, I wouldn’t be willing to pay higher than I’m comfortable with.
I bought a couch here on a Friday and was told it’d be delivered a few days later on Wednesday. It was not and I was never notified. When I called, the owner/manager said it’d be delivered on Saturday. Then, I call on Saturday, and he tells me it’ll be delivered later that day. On the same call, he tells me he won’t be able to after all because someone’s kid was graduating. I was never notified. I still have not been able to get my couch delivered. I do not recommend this place.
Be warned. This company is beyond shady. Went in and paid for a couch. Delivery was set for a few days later. On day of delivery they called to say they would not and could not deliver the couch. One person said they oversold the model. But another person later then claimed they could ship it because it was damaged. They were not truthful. But then they would not issue a credit for an item they cannot delver. Unbelievable. Do not deal with them.
