I had the worst experience at this location, managed by Nate, who claimed to be the system manager. On Monday, April 20th, 2026, I arrived at 6:02 PM, before any other customer, yet they served someone who came after me. Nate even claimed I was there yesterday and that I left, but this was my first time. It was a setup just to make me walk out. I waited nearly an hour, it was clear they didn’t care. I also used to wave at them whenever I drove past their shop, even when they were outside smoking cigarettes. But this showed m... read more

Had my Onan Cummins generator serviced by Tinn, he did an excellent job, he and Denita were excellent customer service representatives of the company and should be cherished by the company as an asset. Tinn took the time to do it right and show me the easiest way of getting the unit open and pointed out specific things to make self servicing easier. Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area for generator and regular PM maintenance.

They Charge $26.00 for single tire air. Their service is fast, but they charge between $500 to $800 based on the oil, filers, fuel separator filters you choose. All the other truck stop, they charge $320 to no more than $500 ... read more

I usually go there for a full service. They do a great job changing the oil and fuel filters. They lube all possible grease fittings on the truck and trailer. I have an 2016 KW T680 with a paccar MX13 which the full service is higher than most places, but I don't have to wait hours upon hours for the service. Where the other big name truck stops will pass the buck to the next shift while sitting on the butts waiting the clock out.
