I had exclusively taken my car to them for oil changes for years. When driving in the snow the "dust shield" which is a piece of plastic that protects the underside of my car was scraping on the ground - catching snow and making a horrible racket. I was told it had been cut and was put together with zip-ties. i paid over $300 to have it replaced. No one but Lube Tube had done anything to my car after the new dust shield had been installed. The employees at this location have such a wealth of knowledge that my cars problem was immediately identified and fixed quickly! I will continue to bring my car to this location as long as I live in Spokane!
I've had my oil changed here every 3,500 miles for the last two years and it's always been a pleasure, such a friendly crew and they really know their stuff!
BEWARE!! Rated "F" with Better Business Bureau! 3 complaints and each one owner refused to resolve. This says more about this business than any other reviews.
Excellent Service!! The dreaded check engine light was solved by their due diligence and not just throwing parts at the problem until the light goes off as has happened to me in the past with other mechanics. Mike and Dan cleaned out the evap canister (?) which was full of dirt from gravel roads and it runs like new again. I fully recommend the Lube Tube @ 9506 E Sprague Avenue.
I went in because I got a coupon for a free oil change. They treated us so well. The guy who changed the oil noted my AC fluid leaking, which I already knew about. I told him some of the price quotes and coupon prices I had for having the AC checked. He went and told his boss/manager (I believe his name is Roy) and they drained and measured my fluid for free! Nissan was going to charge me $160 for it. He ended up just charging me to refill the fluid because it turned out I didn't have a leak. This saved us a lot of money. An... read more
