Excellent customer service. Very polite. The staff is extremely knowledgable. Definitely my new place for oil changes.
When I asked for the same grade of oil my shop recommended (company car) the tech told me that it was... illegal... to give me any grade of oil other than what their computer recommended. He explained it had some thing to do with warranty-voiding. This after I explained that the last oil change shop put in my requested grade. Their bar code scanner was down, so they asked me to see my insurance and registration papers.
