I have not used Lube n Go for my oil changes since hands changed but decided to give them a try a few days ago. I like to patronize small businesses. After an issue that caused some problems, the owner decided to do all he could to resolve the situation and shoulder the expense to fix the problem to insure customer satisfaction. I appreciate that they made things right!
I got a flat tire while 3 hours away from home and unfortunately I had a spare but no tools. After waiting over an hour for AAA and they still couldn’t give me an ETA, I noticed someone working in the shop after hours. I walked over, explained my predicament, and the guy (presumably the owner) handed me everything I needed without even thinking twice about it.
