We just recently moved to the area. I went to get my cars oil changed. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They also explained what other services they provide. I'll be back for sure Customer Service is alive and well. Thanks for doing a great job and making my experience a great one.
Nothing but great things from this shop !! Did work on my chevy truck i was in and out in a timely manner, couldn't be happier thank you lube N go Pay no mind to the review below clearly that person don't have a clue about cars. You don't remove calipers for inspection and who ever worked on his car before lube n go probably didn't torque the bolt. Then wants to blame this shop
Be careful. My vehicle was safe before the inspection at this shop. But became unsafe at highway two weeks later due to the loose brake. It was found that one bolt was missing from the brake caliper. Came to the shop, the test denied, saying he saw the bolt and it missed by itself! From the way they dealt with me, you can tell that they were not decent people and they dealt with the similar situation frequently.. Be careful if you want to use this shop.
Good neighborhood garage. Competent and friendly service, and prices are reasonable. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary work as some establishments do.
I had my car inspected at this shop as it is close to my work place this April 24. After the inspection the technician said that my car needed a new brake system and offered me a discount. After about two weeks, I found that some noise came from front passenger side on the highway. I pulled over my car and found that the front caliper was off and against the hub rim.
