Beyond expectations - customer service. Non - related to our oil change, 5 months after we had it done, our 2019 Chevy Silverado lost all of its oil. We called Lube Mart just to let them know in case it was a bad filter or plug and the manager of this location drove from West Toledo out to Maumee to check on it. He arrived before the tow and went under the truck, looked through the hood and made several checks to determine the filter was in tact and the plug was firm in place. Overcharged. The price on sign says $19.99 oil changes & I was charged $61!! False advertising. I have never paid that much ever.
