Incompetent employee wasted 2 hours of my time. This is not a direct reflection of the entire team at Mr Lube, just the specific employee at this branch. Arrived to get my tires changed on my pickup truck, relatively simple job. It took 10 minutes for two employees to negotiate who was going to get the job done, until one comes up to me and says "it'll take longer to do your tires today".
