Tried to call for information on getting an oil change and kept getting hanged up on which is so unprofessional. I’m not going to waste my time with the joke of a place.
They also do mechanical repairs and did a poor job at it, we had to pay someone else to fix the problem, and all this after they charged us, very unprofessional!
Came out here to try and give the owner a chance to fix the mistake his workers made but just decided to laugh at my face and say that he would not take responsibility. He is still young and has lots to learn about customers services. I would definitely look somewhere else. They are still kids playing around with cars!!!
Not open on sundays! They should update their hours
Do not get your car fixed at this place. This is not a professional repair shop. They are slow, look at all the cars on the lot. I don’t trust them at all. They will quote you cheap then say this or that to increase it.
