Had some issues with my van while on a road trip. I couldn’t find a shop in Butte or Bozeman that could get me in in less than two weeks, one was 8 weeks. Another shop gave me Dan’s number. Glad he did. Excellent customer service. Got my van back on the road in less than 3 days!!! Very helpful. Even sent me a YouTube video at night about the issue with the van. Made the 800 mile trip home with no problems.
Daniel the owner was awesome. We were moving cross country and the truck broke down going up the pass. He arrived before the quoted arrival time. Told us what the problem likely was, prior to using the computer diagnosis, followed us over the pass, got the part, and replaced it. A problem that could have taken a day or two in a town of 35k people. He got us back on the road in only 4 hours. He was also a great guy just to chat with. Thank you Daniel, it was so nice to be able to be able to finish our trip that day.
