TL;DR: They offered to repair a part after I got my oil changed and it was very affordable. I went to Lube Cube to get my oil changed. It went as smoothly as anyone would expect. The splash guard under the front of my SUV was dragging on the ground (which I knew about) but they offered replace it for me, which I was expecting. They quoted me a price nearly half of what my dealership would have charged me. Even told me that if I bought the part on my own, they would install it for only $20.
