Worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a flat tire right outside their shop and pulled in for help. The employee told me he couldn’t put my spare on because he was getting off shift in 30 minutes. I even asked him to put some air in the tire so I could limp it across to the other tire shop since it had just popped off the bead — and he refused that too. I ended up changing my own tire outside their building, in a foot of slush and snow, while the staff stood inside and watched. This place has zero respect for customers. Compl... read more
