Very poor customer service. We had our 2 wheel drive pickup serviced at the Butte location. After returning home, we found the fluids had not been checked or re-filled even though the receipt marked them as checked. We were also charged for extra parts for a 4x4 (we have a 2 wheel drive). There was old spilled on the fender and dirty oily hand prints on the hood. When we called, the manager said when they are busy, not all items are checked. Rip Off!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my hubbys F350 in for an oil change with synthetic oil and called before going over and asked how much they charged and was quoted $57.95 plus a few bucks extra for oil over five courts. Got charged $120.00 with NO ONE including management willing to explain why this was the most expensive oil change in town, the dealer is cheaper at $73.00 for an F350 Powerstroke diesel 4X4.I will NEVER go back to these rip off artists again!!

Not Recommended I paid $100 to get my car detailed. Not only did they do a poor job, they ripped the driver's side visor. Then they denied it, virtually calling me a liar! Connie, one of the owners, said she, well, long story short, she never called me to follow up and obviously was hoping I would just go away.I found a visor on e-bay and to her credit, she did reimburse me $40 for it ... still insinuating I was a liar though. The staff at Auto Magic are second to none. They are prompt and courteous and wow they are fast and they have a lot of knowledge on all the newest makes and models. Five stars from me. Way better than Bruce's or Walmart and the car was crew gets my car spotless and bug free. I recommend Auto Magic to all my friends and family. Thank You to all the staff at Auto Magic.
