We arrived early for my husband’s first appointment knowing we would have some paperwork. We were handed a book of paperwork to fill out that could have been EMAILED to us to do in the comfort of our home and brought with us. After seeing Dr. Britton here for years I changed my name and came in multiple times to have it changed on my patient information. They never changed it. After raising concerns about it and demanding they use my legal name instead of a name that did not belong to me and was not legal anymore, they promptly kicked me out of the office. I am beyond disappointed in this practice and the extremely rude clerks who refuse to follow HIPAA laws and patient rights acts. Dr Spore has been my doctor since 2005. He has performed two surgeries on me; one minor, one major, both successful. He and his entire team have treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I find myself blessed to be his patient.
