Appointment was at 1:30pm finally at 3:00pm was call and got a room. wait for a full HOUR for the Dr. 4:05pm got TIRED of waiting and when I was on my way out everyone were having a laughing moment and when they saw me, guess what??.. oh, we are ready to see you now!! 😡 I was like nope have an appointment need to leave. They moral of the review, get ready to waist a HOLE DAY in that office and pray that they don't have any jokes to tell each other while they have people waiting. Never again!
Dr. Britton was great, but I did notice that the reception staff seems selective about who they treat with respect and who they give attitude to—completely unprovoked, at that. They were also talking about patients and cussing loudly enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear, which felt unprofessional and possibly a HIPAA concern. After seeing Dr. Britton here for years I changed my name and came in multiple times to have it changed on my patient information. They never changed it. After raising concerns about it and demanding they use my legal name instead of a name that did not belong to me and was not legal anymore, they promptly kicked me out of the office. I am beyond disappointed in this practice and the extremely rude clerks who refuse to follow HIPAA laws and patient rights acts.
