Dr. Britton was fine, but I did notice that the reception staff seems selective about who they treat with respect and who they give attitude to—completely unprovoked, at that. They were also talking about patients and cussing loudly enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear, which felt unprofessional and possibly a HIPAA concern. While the wait time wasn’t as long as some other reviews mentioned, it was still nearly 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Appointment was at 1:30pm finally at 3:00pm was call and got a room. wait for a full HOUR for the Dr. 4:05pm got TIRED of waiting and when I was on my way out everyone were having a laughing moment and when they saw me, guess what??.. oh, we are ready to see you now!! 😡 I was like nope have an appointment need to leave. They moral of the review, get ready to waist a HOLE DAY in that office and pray that they don't have any jokes to tell each other while they have people waiting. Never again!
