From the front staff, to the Aud dept and Dr. Potocki-I had a pleasant 1st consult. I’m 52 with tinnitus and he was thorough with my concerns and helping me get established with an ENT. I had no clue about eczema in the ears! I was given a Rx for a cream. I am thankful for the help.

Dr. Fell is one of my favorite doctors. I suffered with bad nose bleeds for several years. One visit to him snd he fixed me! This last visit was because I had been suffering from vertigo. After testing my hearing and a few other tests he performed in his office, he determined the “crystals” in my ear canals were causing the problem. After several weird maneuvers of tilting and moving my head to different positions, we were done. That was yesterday morning and I haven’t been dizzy at all!
