Wish I could give 10 stars! Richard went the extra mile BIG time to get us out of a bind. Showed up WAY earlier than expected as we were not in Lubbock and it was a weekend night. It wasn't an easy fix and Richard went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of us and didn't charge extra when others definitely probably would have. He will be the ONLY one I will contact if I'm ever in a bind like this again.
