Always great service from the front desk, to the medical rooms. Dr. Jim, is always in a good mood when I see him, and he has helped me out many times getting me back to feeling healthy again.
Jim and his whole staff have been my go to Dr's for 9 years. Jim is one of the BEST medical professionals I've ever had. Shout out to Brooklyn as well as Lainy, and all the girls who work there. Jim actually cares. They listen to you, they give you a say in your own medical treatment as well. For somebody with a chronic condition like me, I would give them ten stars if I could. As a matter of fact , I want to thank them personally for being available for me at any time.
I witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior from Theresa Dannehy at the clinic. Very unacceptable for someone working in healthcare and creates a hostile and unsafe environment for both patients and staff.
