Dr. James Rosson, is amazing and so is his nurse absolutely no complaints there. My only complaint is his receptionist (Jackie),she always so so rude, and throws attitude when she has to get off her personal phone and actually do some thing or leave her desk. I suffering from speech impediment and tremors due to seizures. She is always so mad when she has to actually take the time to help people, would definitely recommend she gets customer service training....I was in tears the entire time, and left in tears. The secretary was lazy and rude she would not help with insurance plans, I do not recommend.
