I appreciate that I was able to schedule an appointment relatively fast and the doctor and staff were pleasant. My biggest complaint is zero follow up- I have had labs completed twice- I have received the bill faster than a response from staff regarding the interpretations of my labs and what steps are needed to take next.
Thought Doctor did thorough job,, but the front desk was very rude both times we had to deal with them, I did not go back because of the issue we had with billing.
Dr Backlund is wonderful. She truly listens and discusses care options.
When I have an inquiry, it’s a fast response. Love it!
Dr. Backlund is the best. She gives a complete checkup and addresses any problems you need attention given to. The staff is great also, when you call they complete the issue you have promptly. Best care in town.
