100% recommend!! Everyone from the front desk, nurses, and providers are all so kind and understanding. My husband and children see Micah as well as Jake, they are always taken care of!
🛑Jake Hoffman did not care for — nor listen to — my mental health needs AT ALL.🛑 He said it was “nearly impossible” for him to be familiar with the prescription meds that I was taking, which were LISTED ON MY CHART. I had to recall them from the top of my head during full-blown panic attack. We even argued over whether high doses of Zoloft/Wellbutrin can cause serotonin syndrome - he dismissed the study as being outdated. I couldn’t be more thankful for the LPC team for taking care of my family and I’s needs! They are continuously going above and beyond for our needs! The staff is one of the best in Lubbock by far!!
