My wife and I have been using this office for a couple years now. We've had absolutely no problems. Great communication, quick response to questions or needs, and wonderful service. I can count on one hand how many times I've had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes and NEVER had to sit past the beginning of my appointment time.
Not honest at all. Told me three different numbers on how much a walk in visit is with no insurance. First guy told me it was 130$ then second said 200$ and my bill said 250$ which they billed my insurance and my insurance refused so now they are trying to make me pay the same amount as they tried to bill my insurance. Great staff
This Dr's remark, after reviewing my husband's health history, remarked "I don't think we're a good match" because I told Dr Shank pl in that the had ADHD and Aspergers, as well as several replaced joints/knee, hips, as well as a plated ankle, and an inguinal hernia fixed with mesh. My husband WAS NOT looking for pain medicine, just a Sc Doctor familiar with differing medical conditions. This Dr acted very arrogant and uncaring.
