another 1 star for LP&L for being of absolute zero help. I wait on hold trying to help a friend because she only has a single bathroom and seems to be using 35K gal of water a month, they can't help because she is not on the phone with me. LP&L you suck... If she is using that much water and you don't even want to look at it, it says what you think about wasting resources.
