The customer service for LPand L power in Lubbock is a complete joke. Been working for 3 months to get to a resolution and still none. When you sent an email- they don't seem to READ exactly what you are saying and just give stupid answers like "are you turning you AC down when you leave?". When in all actuality they mispaired a smart meter to my bill that belonged to a very large office. Ended up paying in 3 months, what I had paid in total over 2 years- now they are refusing to give credit or reimbursement. Too bad th... read more
If you have to move to Lubbock find out where the co-op service area is (hint west of Milwaukee and south of 114th Street) and move there. You will hate yourself if you move in an LP&L service area. They are the sole reason we are leaving the city of Lubbock forever.
