Absolutely did not like my experience here for a cosmetic consultation. The reception staff and policies are horrible. Got my initial appointment type wrong, kept harassing me for insurance information when I told them I was paying out of pocket. Then having me fill out forms online and then again in person. Refusing to provide service without a photo release signed. Spent $100 for 5 minutes with the doctor (who was okay) just to be told they really couldn't do anything. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I got PDO threads done yesterday, and I look no different than before. I paid for four threads for my face, expecting some lifting, but they placed them too low on my mid-cheek instead of closer to my cheekbone—so they’re not pulling anything. It was a complete waste of money. They clearly do not know what they are doing. I’m extremely disappointed in their work and regret not saving my money. I do not recommend this place at all.
One of the best decision I’ve made! Dr. Schmid is the best in town! Hands down! He is very knowledgeable, informative and explained everything in great detail about my procedure! On my consultation, surgery day came and I was so so anxious but the nurses and all the staff made me feel so comfortable and assured me that I’m in great hands! Next thing I know I woke up from the best sleep I have ever had lol, woke up feeling great and with no pain! And the after care was amazing and post care visits was very good.
