We recently had our hybrid battery replaced at Lubbock LHA Hybrid Automotive, and the experience was fantastic! Went in because my Prius wasn’t shifting in the any other gears other than neutral. I had already taken it to the Toyota shop and all they did was replace my battery which did not solve the problem. I called Daniel and he helped talk me through what the issue could possibly be over the phone. Daniel was flexible with my situation and once I was able to get my car in his shop he went extra lengths to make sure my car was working properly. All for a very fair price. Daniel is awesome! Diagnosed and fixed my 2011 Lincoln Hybrid quickly and efficiently. He's very knowledgeable about hybrids. Very honest and straight-up guy. Great prices too! Highly recommended!!!
