Went in because my Prius wasn’t shifting in the any other gears other than neutral. I had already taken it to the Toyota shop and all they did was replace my battery which did not solve the problem. I called Daniel and he helped talk me through what the issue could possibly be over the phone. Daniel was flexible with my situation and once I was able to get my car in his shop he went extra lengths to make sure my car was working properly. All for a very fair price.
