I had a very unfortunate encounter with a physician at this facility back in March. Dr. Loya was the most hostile and unprofessional physician I have ever seen. I am alarmed by his indifference and Lubbock Heart Hospital’s decision to employ him. I arrived in the ER waiting area and the staff admitted me about an hour later. The nurse took me to a room and informed the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Loya entered and asked me what my medical issue was.
