Today I took a patient of mine to this location. Front desk had one lady that deserved a 5 stars! However the other one assisting her was not welcoming at all! The Nurse that took us to the back was in welcoming also! The Doctor was excellent! She made my patient happy! ( who has been diagnosed with IDD)! Then as the office visit came to an end. If you or someone you care about needs to have a colonoscopy performed, I can confidently recommended Dr Kelly P. Kensing, M.D, and his staff at the South Plains Endoscopy Center. Everyone there was friendly, efficient, caring, professional, took care to explain things, listened to my concerns, and as if that was not enough, they were on time and my wait was almost non-existent.
