Employees were friendly and greeting as clients entered the building. Checking in procedure for lab work was explained, and the employee was helpful in explaining the check-in through the kiosk. I had a short wait to be called back by lab tech for lab blood draw and other labs requested by the doctor. Procedures were explained, and tech took time to find a vein for the blood draws with care to not cause a bruise. I did appreciate the extra time she took looking for a vein and using a small butterfly needle for draw.
