Love Dr. Long, but after 5 weeks of phone calls and never 1 returned, trying to get a prescription figured out, and when I finally.got a real person on the phone was dismissed, im gonna have to find a new dr.
Routinely gets diagnosis wrong, wrong or faulty bloodwork has been taken many times, extraneous bloodwork and exercises what I would call “gotcha” practices in asking questions about previous illnesses and then billing a deductible on my insurance because that single question was asked with no other input or medical guidance provided whenever the visit was strictly preventative for insurance health monitoring. I recently moved from Dallas to Lubbock and needed to establish care with a doctor. My sister found this clinic and they are super friendly and polite! Extremely high quality customer service! They definitely build rapport with their patients and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service I was given!
Loved meeting Dr. Long. Very thorough and the clinic was able to do all tests onsite.
