My experience in this specific health clinic is very unsystematic.i was moved to this clinic because the other clinic i did go to was being renovated now i will say the clinic itself is clean and nice but the front desk ladys ive been in contact with have seem to always overlooke appointments and I have to reiterate and refute that I am infact correct with proof . To Whom It May Concern, I would like to express my concern regarding the quality of care my daughter and I received during her recent visit. Generally, I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Carey and one of her staff members, and I greatly appreciate the level of care they typically provide. Unfortunately, neither she nor her usual staff member were present during this visit, and the experience was disappointing and confusing. Always such a great experience here! They are so good with my son, and everyone in the clinic always makes sure to greet us then tell us goodbye too. That goes a long way! They’re so genuine, always offering my son refreshments. Plus, the whole process has never taken longer than an hour. Thank y’all, highly recommend for your sick littles!
