Bob and Marilyn have been so good to us over the past three years. I would highly recommend leasing with them whether you are a college student or a young professional.They always acted so quickly when we had a maintenance request; they are both very caring people,and they are very respectful of their tenant's privacy. One of the most helpful and understanding companies you can lease under. When you encounter any maintenance problems associated with your lease, Bob and his workers are there to help out at most times of the day. Never would I have thought that a landlord would have crew members prepared to fix any issues as soon as possible! Marilyn is always in the office to work with and talk with about finances, leasing information, etc. If you are looking for a place to lease with, Lubbock C&C is the best place to check out!

I lived in Lubbock C&C house, and it was a better experience than I expected. Not only were Marilyn and Bob, and their employees, kind, respectful, and welcoming, they were also reliable and dependable. The house was a very large, spacious 3 bedroom home at a reasonable price. It is located in a great and safe neighborhood only two blocks from the Tech campus. If there was a problem, they would have an employee there by that day and they would always fix it. I have enjoyed leasing from Marilyn and Robert of Lubbock C&C for the past two years. I rented from them during my college experience at Texas Tech. The close proximity to the University, affordable rates and the freedom of living in a house. Before I stated in a C&C property I lived on campus and had took a semester internship in Houston. We have been tenants of Lubbock C&C LC since May 2013. We have had a great experience with Bob, Marilyn, and Vince. They are very reliable when something needs to be fixed. They have inspectors come out to make sure the roofs are ok, after we have a bad wind storm, and they even come out to winterize the faucets right before it turns off cold. Bob and Marilyn made finding a place to live much easier than I anticipated. My roommates and I checked out multiple houses from different companies and never felt at ease like we did with Bob and Marilyn at Lubbock C&C. Bob, Marilyn and Vince are an outstanding example of a team that is personable, reliable, and quick. Each member of the team genuinely cares about your needs and wants all tenants to have an ideal living experience. My experience having Lubbock C&C, LC as landlords has been phenomenal. The staff has been very helpful in many ways including maintenance services and answering questions if needed. I highly recommend renting from Lubbock C&C, LC to anyone. Overall, it has been a great experience!
