I was in search of some very unique bolts and they were very helpful and friendly. Great place to do business with.
Don't go if you only need one bolt or nut. The guy working there got upset that I only needed one bolt and nut and then said it wasn't even worth his time.
I WILL NEVER BE BACK! If you want to deal with someone that wants to make you feel like an idiot go on in! Terrible attitude not sure why they want to run a business to the public when they act like they hate the public! Go elsewhere!
This their attitude: I show them a bolt and they slide it back and say "we don't carry that". I come back, show them another one, they glance at it and say "that's the best you're gonna get ". I return with another one, the most basic one, and they tell me the same thing, "we don't carry that one". It's a bolt bin! I decided that this isn't where you wanna go to get your bolts. Go to lubbock fasteners instead. These guys suck.
