I see other people complaining about them being rude but honestly every time I go in they're polite and straight to the point and always take care of what I need when I need it. I would rate it 6 stars really but there's only 5 but honestly I love doing business with these guys
Had a difficult to find size of nut that I couldn’t find anywhere else in town. The guys at the front desk were super helpful and knew way more than anyone at a big box store.

Absolutely rude. No customer service, make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Rarely actually have in stock what you need. Been buying from here for years, and today was the straw, it’s not worth the negativity that radiates from front desk guys, especially the one who sits on the far right counter. Done. Moving my business elsewhere.
