This place is really really understanding of my needs and goes above and beyond to assist me with everything. I’m Below the knee amputee and Allen has been more than helpful in goes above and beyond understanding my needs. Very knowledgeable an awesome staff throughout to everyone I have met. Lubbock Limb and Brace is an awesome place. I lost my left leg below the knee in 2022. I was sent to another prosthesis who provided me with a prosthetic that was too short and fell off randomly. Finally got into see Jason at Lubbock Limb and Brace. This place changed my life!!!! Everyone from the receptionist to Jason were amazing. My new leg fits great and will allow me to me a functional person in the world again. I cannot recommend this place enough. As a TTUHSC-SON student I was very appreciative of the time that Mr. Phillips took out of his today to teach us about all they do. They have amazing staff, and they are all very highly knowledgable. Thank you so much for allowing us to come visit today, and again this facility is very clean, knowledgable, and trustworthy.
