Clay Bock was awesome. He was able to quickly identify the issue we had been having for months with our oven, got the part ordered, and fixed without any issue. Kept us from potential headaches with the buyer on our house that we were selling when these issues popped up on the inspection report. Very friendly too and easy to work with.
The best, professional, polite,sweethearted young man fixed my dryer. He went above and beyond. He vacuumed out the lint, cleaned the inside and fixed the hose that went into the wall. This young man's name is Clay Bock. If you need your dryer repaired ask for Clay Bock.
The place was closed and gone out of business at that location 😢
Monday we went to get a simple refrigerator, they were so kind & respectful and answered all of our questions we ended up getting two top of the line refrigerators, I do recommend Lubbock Appliance & for your appliances needs or repairs, definitely 5 star service take a look ..🤓
