Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, & friendly! Worked us in just 2 days before Christmas to repair our washer, can’t thank Mike & team enough! Highly recommend!!!
They came at the appointment time and started working on our 22 year old double wall oven to replace the motherboard of the top oven. Turns out the part is no longer produced and would have to be special ordered. However, Michael was able to solder the board and got it working again. I’m sure this saved us hundreds of dollars and also got our oven working in time for Thanksgiving. We will definitely use for future appliance repairs.
Michael was diligent and responded immediately to repair a broken refrigerator door. Honestly, he is now my first-call appliance repairman. Great customer skills and pleasant to work with.
Technician Alec Ball did a great job repairing our Whirlpool washer and dryer. He also cleaned the vent and told us that these older machines are built well and could easily last another 10 years! The owner Michael then came by and put a new outdoor vent door on for the dryer vent leading to the back yard! Both gentlemen were professional and worked hard in this heat! Thank you and I would highly recommend their company for any repair jobs on appliances that you might need!
