Unfortunately, this particular Million Air, and its predecessor Lubbock Aero, can be described as consistently inconsistent. Twice this week alone, pullouts have been missed for their tenant customers. There are good folks who work here, but the underlying culture is broken. Service here is subpar.

Small but, Friendly and helpful staff. Very much enjoyed our stay and usage. Thank you everyone.
