I had a really uncomfortable experience here. I walked in, greeted the staff politely, and asked if there was availability for a trim. One of the workers stopped what she was doing just to stare at me without responding, which was confusing. I wasn’t sure if there was a language barrier (which I completely understand and don’t mind), so I asked again. Luba just lost two valuable customers. My mother and I have been coming here for many years. Today, we were scammed. A price for a haircut went from $30 to $40 last year; no problem because we were loyal to Luba. Today, Luba charged both my mother and I, $10 extra for “blow dry”. My total came out to $54. I do not have a lot of hair, & I came in for a trim. To charge $10 extra on a haircut that did not include product or even a styling for that fact, is disgraceful.
