Dr. Foltz is nothing short of wonderful. She is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and empowering. Having been under her care myself, and having her as a colleague, she is truly top notch and and absolute dream. I feel so confident in the care that she gives patients. She is such an amazing champion of women's health, and anyone would be lucky to be under her care.

I wish more people knew how valuable concierge care is, for both prevention and management of disease. These days under the traditional model most doctors, no matter how much they care have only a limited bandwidth for each patient. Dr. Foltz is an incredible physician and she is in the prime of her career. I value her knowledge, relatability, and directness. Her office is a gorgeous and relaxing space. Get into to her practice while you can if there is still space!
I am so grateful for Dr. Luba Foltz - personally for being my OBGYN for almost 15 years and professionally to have a colleague to refer patients to with confidence. Her move in 2024 to a concierge service providing more personalized care for her patients is an incredible option Seattle is lucky to have!
